About
This rustic campground is an ideal base for ORV enthusiasts. Featuring 15 tent and small trailer sites, it provides direct access to the Pine Ridge Trail, which connects to the 85-mile Two Heart Trail system. ORV riding is permitted from campsites to the trails, but prohibited elsewhere within the campground. Holland Lake offers additional recreation with fishing and paddling.
The campground is located 25 miles northwest of Newberry via M-123 and County Roads 407 and 426.
15 rustic campsites, $20 a night. Open all year; the road may not be plowed in winter. First come, first served; register at the campground kiosk on the day you arrive. Vault toilets and a hand-pump well for drinking water; no electricity or hookups. One camping unit and six people per site, 15 nights at most. Managed from Muskallonge Lake State Park (906-658-3338).
