About
A small, high-elevation park atop 16-mile-long Dan's Mountain near Lonaconing, with a fully accessible swimming pool and a 4.5-mile mountain bike trail. Camping here is GROUP-ONLY, currently bookable, with no individual family tent/RV site: the Hill Run Group Campsite accommodates up to 25 people with a large shelter (electrical outlets in the shelter itself, not per-site hookups) and a portable toilet; no water is currently available at the site. Reservable through the Maryland Park Service's own ReserveAmerica/Aspira contract, hosted at parkreservations.maryland.gov (not a reserveamerica.com subdomain, though it runs the same underlying platform - confirmed live, "Powered by Aspira").
