About
Tucked in a deep Catskills notch near Hunter, Devils Tombstone is a small, rustic campground of 23 sites next to tiny Notch Lake, with water spigots and pit-toilet restrooms on site. There are no electric hookups and no showers at this campground itself - the nearest shower facilities are at North-South Lake Campground, about nine miles away. Back-in sites accommodate rigs up to about 40 feet. Pets are allowed with proof of current rabies vaccination and may not be left unattended.
Fees
Sites are non-electric, so expect a rate closer to the state's primitive-site base of about $14/night plus a $7.25 reservation fee, with a $5/night surcharge for non-New York residents. Confirm current rates when booking.
