Parvin State Park, in Pittsgrove near the Maurice River watershed, surrounds Parvin Lake and Thundergust Lake with swimming, boating, and old-growth Atlantic white cedar. The campground has 56 tent and trailer sites along Parvin Lake's south shore and 4 group sites (up to 25 people each), none with hookups, plus 18 separate furnished cabins along Thundergust Lake's north shore. Flush toilets, showers, and an RV dump station are available and accessible. Pets are allowed at family campsites 35 through 56 for an extra $5 per night.
