About
Atlantic County's tent campground on the west side of Lake Lenape at Mays Landing, next to the boat launch on the Great Egg Harbor River. The county describes it two ways: as 30 sites (18 individual sites, 12 primitive sites, and six three-sided lean-tos), and as sites 1-18 for up to six campers and sites 19-35 for up to four. Tents and pop-up campers only; each site has a picnic table and a fire bin. A newer bathhouse has restrooms and showers. Carry in, carry out - there are no trash cans. Reservations are online or in person only, not by phone. Open April 1 to October 31.
