The campground is open for the season.
Located near Voyageurs National Park and the Ash River Visitor Center, this campground offers water access to the Ash River and abundant fishing and water recreation opportunities. Each of the eight campsites has a fire ring, picnic table, access to toilets, and seasonal drinking water. First-come first, served. Fees are collected on-site.
Ash River Campground is adjacent to the Ash River public landing.
Activities at the campground include hiking, swimming, water access including the boat ramp, whitewater paddling on the Ash River and access to Voyageurs National Park.
