The campground is open for the season.

Wakemup Bay on Lake Vermilion offers abundant fishing and water recreation opportunities. Each of the 21 campsites has a fire ring, picnic table, access to toilets, and seasonal drinking water. Fifteen of the sites are open to recreational vehicles. Campers can enjoy a nearby fishing pier, swimming beach, hiking trail, and picnic pavilion.
