About
Experience the Whiteshell with a stay at the White Lake campground. White Lake offers basic campsites for camping. Spend a pleasurable day swimming, boating, and hiking. Fishing is accessible to all people, as there is a disabled accessible dock close to the scenic Rainbow Falls. A group use area, store, restaurants, and boat rentals are available close to the campground.
In the campground: basketball, boat launch, convenience store, firewood (available for purchase), fishing (license required), gas station, gift shop, hiking (Rainbow Falls trail and Jessica Lake trail), kiosk, laundry, modern washrooms, pay showers, picnic areas, picnic shelter, pit privies, playground, rentals (canoe), restaurant, swimming (unsupervised beach), video store, volleyball, and water taps.
Elsewhere in the park: biking (Trans Canada trail), boating and canoeing (White Lake), church, dump station (Brereton & Big Whiteshell), and interpretive programs.
Includes 31 sites leased for the whole season.
12 overflow sites are issued at the campground office once the campground is full.
Directions: From Winnipeg east on P.T.H. 15 to Elma to P.T.H. 11 north to P.T.H. 44. Go east to P.R. 307 into Whiteshell Provincial Park. Located approximately 150 kilometres from Winnipeg.
