City and County of Honolulu windward-coast beach campground in Kaʻaʻawa, with some fishing, a little swimming and convenience shopping nearby - 9 tent campsites, one ADA-accessible, plus a restroom building, on 3-day permits only (Friday 8am to Monday 8am). Max 10 people, 3 tents and 3 vehicles per permit (overnight parking permit required). All city campgrounds close Wednesday and Thursday; tents only (no vehicle camping), no pets, no fires.
Fees
$10 per day plus a $2 admin fee and 2.35% card fee - $32.75 for the 3-day Friday-Monday permit.
