About
Harrington Beach State Park protects a mile of Lake Michigan shoreline and a spring-fed former limestone quarry, now a clear-water lake popular for swimming. The 69-site campground (31 electric, plus 5 walk-in sites) is joined by a non-electric group site for up to 30 people and a unique kayak-access site for paddlers coming down the Lake Michigan shoreline; an accessible cabin is also on-site (not counted in the total above).
Fees
Wisconsin DNR statewide camping system: a vehicle admission sticker is required at every state park or forest entrance, including for registered campers - $28/year for Wisconsin residents ($13/year age 65+) or $50/year for non-residents, or $13/day resident / $16/day non-resident. Nightly campsite rates vary by electricity, amenities, location, site type, day of week and season, and are shown when you select a specific site during booking; non-resident campers pay a flat $15/night surcharge on top of the site's own rate. A $9.30 reservation fee applies per booking, plus a $10 cancellation fee or $6 change fee if plans change. Pets are allowed at this campground on a leash no longer than 8 feet at all times, per Wisconsin State Park System's statewide pet policy; owners must clean up and properly dispose of pet waste.
