About

Canoe Point State Park is a boat-access-only island campground on the St. Lawrence River near Clayton, with 25 individual campsites and a handful of cabins for rent separately. There are no bridges or roads in - plan to arrive by your own boat or a rental from a nearby marina. No electric or water hookups at sites, though a water fill-up station is available; showers and restrooms are on site. Maximum 2 pets per site, leashed, with current rabies proof.

Fees

Standard NY state park camping rates apply: about $17/night for a standard site, plus a one-time $7.25 reservation fee. Out-of-state visitors pay an additional $5/night. Confirm current pricing before booking.
