Princess Ann is one of two access areas for Lumber River State Park, a blackwater river park in the coastal plain near Orrum, with 9 individual primitive tent sites plus group and overflow camping areas. There are no electric or water hookups; restrooms and vault toilets are provided. This access area is about 50 miles from the park's other camping area, Chalk Banks - the two aren't a quick drive apart.
