City semi-primitive family/group campground in J. Bayard Clark Park & Nature Center, available March-October. Fire ring at each site; outdoor restrooms with a cold shower; no electricity. At least two weeks' advance reservation with payment required. The broader park has a nature center with live animals, hiking and mountain bike trails, Cape Fear River Trail access, a playground, and picnic areas.

Fees

Family/individual: $10/day. Groups (up to 25): $25/day, $1/day per additional person. Double rates for out-of-county and Hope Mills residents.
