Discover the Jordan River's pristine scenery at this rustic, hike-in campground. Michigan's first scenic river provides a tranquil backdrop for 15 tent-only campsites, just a short 200-yard walk from the parking area.

The campground is located 5.5 miles northwest of Alba via Alba Highway, M-66 and Pinney Bridge Road.

15 rustic campsites, $20 a night. Open all year; the road may not be plowed in winter. First come, first served; register at the campground kiosk on the day you arrive. Vault toilets and a hand-pump well for drinking water; no electricity or hookups. One camping unit and six people per site, 15 nights at most. Managed from Young State Park (231-582-7523).
