About
This rustic campground is set along Andrus Lake and is split into two loops. There are 25 sites that vary in size and can accommodate tents, small trailers and larger trailers up to 40 feet. The campground offers a boating access site and fishing pier for optimal fishing access.
The campground – located 5.5 miles north of Paradise via North Whitefish Point Road and West Vermillion Road – is near Tahquamenon Falls State Park (17 miles southwest) and Whitefish Point (6 miles north).
25 rustic campsites, $20 a night. Closed November 30 to May 1. First come, first served; register at the campground kiosk on the day you arrive. Vault toilets and a hand-pump well for drinking water; no electricity or hookups. One camping unit and six people per site, 15 nights at most. Managed from Tahquamenon Falls State Park (906-492-3415).
