Deam Lake State Recreation Area, near Borden, offers 225 real campsites: 109 Electric, 97 Equestrian Electric, and 19 Rent-A-Camp (DNR-furnished tents on regular sites). No individual sites carry a water hookup - DNR's own page states electric hookups are offered with no water hookup on-site, though water is available in the camping area generally. Horse stalls are provided for equestrian campers.

Rent-A-Camp furnished-tent cabin $40-60/night; Youth Tent $20 minimum (10 people @ $2 each); State Park Rally Camping $50 minimum. Statewide regulations (in.gov/dnr/state-parks/property-rules-and-regulations and .../rates-and-fees/camping-restrictions): 14 consecutive nights maximum stay; campground hours 7am-11pm (generators same window); 1-2 vehicles per site depending on property; 6-person / 2-tent-or-1-camper-plus-small-tent maximum occupancy; registering party must be 18+ and remain onsite for the whole stay; no firewood collecting or cutting standing trees. Pets are allowed at Indiana State Parks campgrounds under a statewide policy (in.gov/dnr/state-parks/property-rules-and-regulations): "Dogs and cats must be attended at all times and kept on a leash no longer than six feet."
