US Forest Service campground. Sparrow Rapids Campground provides visitors with an opportunity to be near a Wild/Recreation River and a short driving distance to a Wilderness. This campground is popular for trout fishing. This campgrouind has six campsites that can accomodate tents, trailers, and motor homes. It is a limited service campground. Open season: January-December. Not reservable through Recreation.gov, so plan on first-come, first-served; check with the ranger district for current conditions and fees.
