- <p> During peak season, the campground has full service. Pre- and post seasons have reduced services such as vault toilets, water, trash, or a host may not be available.</p> , <p> This reservoir offers anglers a chance to fish one of the area's most popular high elevation lakes. The reservoir is situated at 11,000 feet so anglers should be prepared for all types of weather. The reservoir is regularly stocked with Rainbow Trout.</p>

This campground is the highest elevation campground on the Salida Ranger District. The elevation is 11,000 feet and the campsites are situated on the north shore of the North Fork Reservoir. The road to the campground is very rough and not recommended for vehicles towing trailers. High clearance vehicles are a requirement for reaching this campground. No trash service.
