Overview
Tamarack Campground is located along the Wild and Scenic Eagle Creek in the southern Wallowa Mountains. This open and sunny site has 12 tent/trailer sites of which 3 are fully accessible. A short accessible path leads down to the creek and ends at two fishing platforms. Popular activities include fishing, hiking, and bird watching. With easy access, this campground can fill-up and particularly during holiday week-ends.
Primary use season is May to September.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 6am.

Tamarack Campground has 12 sites, each with picnic table, fire ring and parking spot.
Fees
Overnight Use: Single Site: $15/night.
Interagency Senior/Access Recreation Passes provide a 50% discount to Single Campsites ONLY. The discount applies only to the fee for the campsite physically occupied by the pass holder, not to any additional fee or campsite(s) occupied by members of the pass holder's party. https://store.usgs.gov/recreational-passes Please be prepared to pay with CASH or CHECK.
Single unit campsites = $15.00/night.
A self-service fee station is located at the campground.
