City of Valdez-owned campground 15 miles south of Valdez on Dayville Road, adjacent to the Alyeska Pipeline Terminal, operated under contract by Silver Linings Management. Gravel sites in the main section, a grassier tent-friendly secondary area, restrooms, and a waterfront parking area near Solomon Gulch with scenic views. Fishing on site. Open May 22 through September 7. The city's campground map numbers 49 sites along Dayville Road, with two site deposit boxes, restrooms and day-use parking areas; sites are first-come, first-served.
