About

Santa Clara County park on the crest of the Santa Cruz Mountains between Gilroy and Watsonville, 3,200 acres of redwood forest with 14 miles of trails, the ruins of the Henry Miller estate and a white deer pen. 81 tent sites in four campgrounds (Valley View 1, 2 and 3 and Tan Oak) and 29 RV sites with water and electric hookups (110 in all), plus yurts and five group sites for 50 to 240 people. Drinking water, restrooms, showers and a dump station. Parties of 17 or more must use a group site. Open year-round; reservations online.
