About

Town of Russell campground at Little Sand Bay on Lake Superior, about 15 minutes north of Bayfield, sharing the recreation area with the town's boat ramp and harbor, a sand swimming beach, picnic area and playground, next to the National Park Service's Little Sand Bay visitor center. 32 electric RV sites (many drive-through) and 14 tent-only sites, plus a large group tent site and a large group site with gazebo and electric. Water spigots throughout the campground; showers, firewood and ice for sale; dump station on site. Reservations online through Campspot.
