About

Piermont Conservation Commission's primitive paddle-in campsite on the Connecticut River Paddlers' Trail, at the mouth of Eastman Brook just before the river veers west past Bug's Island. Reached only by canoe or kayak, up a set of timber steps from the river or from a take-out a short way up Eastman Brook. No fees; a donation toward upkeep is suggested. No drinking water - bring, filter, or boil. Up to 12 campers; two nights maximum.
