Mahaska County Conservation 111-acre wilderness area 7 miles south of Oskaloosa, on glacial sandy silt loam soil, with a paved wheelchair-accessible trail and a wooded valley observation platform. 2 primitive campsites, each with a fire ring and picnic table; a single pit toilet. Cross-country skiing in winter.
