About

City and County of Honolulu North Shore beach campground at the mouth of the Waialua River near Haleʻiwa, with good surfing and fishing in season but rarely a swimming beach - 7 tent campsites, two of them ADA-accessible, plus a restroom building, on 5-day permits (Friday 8am to Wednesday 8am). Park gates are locked 7pm-7am. Max 10 people, 3 tents and 3 vehicles per permit (overnight parking permit required). All city campgrounds close Wednesday and Thursday; tents only (no vehicle camping), no pets, no fires.

Fees

$10 per day plus a $2 admin fee and 2.35% card fee - $53.22 for the 5-day Friday-Wednesday permit.
