Harlan County Outdoor Recreation Board Authority RV park serving Black Mountain Offroad. 22 sites of varying sizes with 30/50-amp electric service (no individual pedestals - longer cords needed) and water hookups. Shower house and dump station. Special long-term-stay pricing available. Full refund if cancelled a week ahead, partial refund up to 3 days ahead, no refund after that (emergency exceptions considered). Harlan County publishes one address for Black Mountain Offroad, so this shares a point with the park's primitive camping.
