Harlan County Outdoor Recreation Board Authority primitive camping areas scattered throughout the Black Mountain Offroad trail park - not one pinpoint site. First-come, first-served, no reservations. Several port-o-johns located throughout the park. Nightly rate includes firewood. Shares a point with North Evarts RV Park, the park's one published address; the primitive areas themselves are scattered through the park.
