Anne Arundel County's Downs Park offers youth-group-only tent camping (campers must be 17 or under, sponsored by a recognized organization, minimum 1:10 adult-to-youth supervision ratio, adults 21+): Campsite East (water access, picnic tables, up to 30 people, $40/night) and Campsite West (pavilion, no running water, up to 100 people, $40-100/night by group size). Portable toilets only; no RVs, pop-up trailers, generators, or electricity. No refunds, no rain dates.
