About

Goldeye Lake Campground offers a mix of both first-come, first-served and reservable campsites. The campground is located within Goldeye Lake Provincial Recreation Area, 8 km west of Nordegg on Hwy 11 and 3 km north on an access road. There are over 40 unserviced sites, most surrounded by aspen and spruce trees. Canoe, swim or fish in the stocked lake, or walk the loop trail around it.

Operated by Westward Bound Campgrounds.

Reservations can be made 90 days in advance of arrival date.

Reservations: This campground offers a mix of first-come, first-served and reservable campsites.

Water: Please bring your own water. Water from the hand pump is not safe for consumption or use and should only be used to put out fires.
