About
Big Berland Campground is located in Big Berland Provincial Recreation Area, 70 km northwest of Hinton and 70 km south of Grande Cache on Hwy. 40. The campground is in a mature spruce forest and situated along the Berland River with a few sites backing onto the river. There is nearby access to an equestrian staging area into the Willmore Wilderness Park , and anglers can enjoy fishing in the Berland River.

Firewood: Firewood available at the campground.
Water: Please bring your own water. Water from the hand pump is not safe for consumption or use and should only be used to put out fires.
Equestrian: Access to Willmore Wilderness Park and staging area for horses is down the road past the campground.
