About each unit

Cabins

Allegany State Park - New York's largest state park, split between the Red House and Quaker areas near Salamanca - has 335 rental cabins spread across dozens of named loops, by far the largest cabin inventory in New York's state parks. Most cabins run a mid-May through late-November season matching the park's campground, though a handful of named areas (Angle Cabin Trail, Diehl, Sugarbush, and Summit) are available year-round. Up to 2 pets are allowed with current rabies proof and a 6-foot leash.

Fancher Cottages

Allegany State Park's 8 Fancher Cottages are a smaller, separate lodging inventory from the park's 335 cabins, on the same seasonal booking pattern. Up to 2 pets are allowed with current rabies proof and a 6-foot leash.

Fees

Nightly/weekly rate isn't published on this park's reservation page; use the reservation link or call the park to confirm current pricing. New York adds a roughly $28/week surcharge for out-of-state visitors renting a cabin, cottage, or yurt.
