About

Shoshone-Paiute Tribes campground at Sheep Creek Reservoir on the Duck Valley Indian Reservation, a separate reservoir north-west of Owyhee. Dry camping with a daily general camping permit charged per vehicle; electrical sites are priced at $25 a night, and in February 2026 the tribes announced 14 electrical campground sites at Sheep Creek as coming soon. Permits are sold online through the tribes' permit portal. Shares a point with Mountain View Reservoir Campground; the tribes publish no separate location for Sheep Creek.
