Notice (as of 2026-09-15): Effective September 8, 2026, the Murray Doell, Sandy Beach, and Kimball Lake campgrounds and gates will be closed.
Spanning more than 1,600 square kms and featuring more than 20 lakes, rivers and streams, Meadow Lake Provincial Park is one of the largest provincial parks in Canada. A favorite destination for many vacationers, this park offers excellent fishing and water-based opportunities, some of the best beaches in Saskatchewan and the Boreal Trail, one of the premier hiking destinations in Canada. Seek out the area's wildlife and vegetation by venturing out on one of the park's well-groomed hiking trails, or one of the park's many picnic areas. Featuring twelve campgrounds with over 800 campsites, Meadow Lake offers a new experience one visit to the next. For that perfect getaway with minimal effort and preparation, two Camp-Easy sites are available for booking.
Kimball Lake has 176 nightly sites (139 electric, 37 full-hookup) and 12 seasonal sites leased for the whole season.
Outside the reservation season sites are first come, first served (September 8 to October 31).

Electric sites $35, full-hookup sites $49 CAD per night, plus a $12 reservation fee and a park entry permit ($11 per vehicle per day)
