About

A medium-sized, partially treed site on Wapiti Lake; not suitable for motor boats. Popular for ice fishing.

Road access. Maintained to Recreation Sites and Trails BC standards by a partner or contractor. Facilities on file: boat launch, toilets, picnic tables, fire rings. First come, first served.

Getting there: From Cranbrook travel east on Hwy 3/93. Travel 5 km past the bridge crossing the Kootenay River in Wardner. Turn right on Rosicky Road. Turn left after 200 m on Sherbourne Road. The spur road to the recreation site is approximately 2 km from the junction on the right. The site is 500 m down this road.
