About

Located in an open meadow. The restored Forest Service cabin burned in forest fires in 2017.

Road access. Facilities on file: toilets, picnic tables, fire rings, shelter. First come, first served.

Getting there: After the Bailey Bridge over the Lake Koocanusa, take the second road to the left (west). Follow the Caven Creek Forest Service Road where the road forks at Bloom Creek/Yahk River FSR. Follow until approximately the 67km marker.
