About

Foot (Boot) Lake is a popular recreation site that offers camping and fishing. This site has 21 camp sites, gravel boat launch and a small fishing dock. The lake is stocked with Rainbow and Eastern Brook Trout.

All sites are first come, first served. There is no fee for overnight camping.

Road access. Maintained to Recreation Sites and Trails BC standards by a partner or contractor. Facilities on file: boat launch, toilets, picnic tables, fire rings, parking, tent pads. First come, first served.

Getting there: From Dawson Creek, drive south on Hwy 2 for 35 km to Hwy 52. Drive 38 km south on Hwy 52. Turn right (west) onto the Noel Resource Road, drive 16 km to Foot (Boot) Lake. There is a Recreation Site Directional Sign on Hwy 52.
