About
Grundy Lake offers day use, car camping, roofed accommodation, and backcountry camping opportunities. The park features sandy beaches, numerous lakes for fishing, and hiking trails. Grundy Lake offers a Discovery Program which helps visitors learn more and explore the park through a variety of programs.
Grundy Lake offers large, private campsites within nine campgrounds. Campsites are available for all types of camping equipment, and most are less than a five-minute walk to beaches or water access. Electrical campsites are available in Hemlock, Trailer, Poplar, White Pine, White Birch, and Jack Pine campgrounds. Trailer, Poplar, and White Birch campgrounds offer large, electrical pull-through sites. Hemlock and Red Maple campgrounds are radio-free and generator-free, and Red Maple campground is also pet-free. A camp cabin is located on the shores of Grundy Lake in the White Birch Campground.
The park also offers backcountry campsites. Accessing these campsites ranges from a short paddle to crossing multiple portages. You will find a firepit, picnic table, tent space, and a privy nearby.
