About
Letchworth State Park, the 'Grand Canyon of the East,' follows the Genesee River gorge past three major waterfalls with cliffs up to 600 feet. The campground offers 257 campsites across multiple loops with a range of electric hookup options, plus 81 cabins and 2 cottages available as separate furnished lodging. Hot showers, restrooms, and a dump station are on site, along with group camping areas. Pets are permitted only in loops 100, 200, 700, 800, and Cabin Area C, with proof of rabies vaccination and a two-pet limit.
Fees
Standard sites run about $17/night plus a $7.25 reservation fee; expect a $4/night weekend/holiday surcharge and $7-9/night for electric sites (15-50 amp available in various loops). Out-of-state campers pay an additional $5/night. Cabins and cottages are booked and priced separately from campsites.
