About
Jacques Cartier State Park sits on the St. Lawrence River about three miles west of Morristown in the Thousand Islands region. The campground has 88 campsites split between an Upper and Lower Loop, with a limited number of sites offering 15-amp electric service, plus showers, restrooms, and a dump station. A pavilion is available separately for day use. Pets are allowed (2 per site max, 6-foot leash, current rabies proof required). The Lower Loop generally runs mid-May through mid-September, while the Upper Loop has a shorter late-May through Labor Day season.
Fees
Standard sites run about $17 per night plus a $7.25 reservation fee. A limited number of sites offer 15-amp electric service for an added surcharge, and out-of-state campers pay an additional $5 per night.
