About
This secluded, rustic campground is on the shore of Weber Lake. The 4.67-mile Lost Tamarack Pathway is directly connected to the campground and can be accessed at multiple points throughout the campground. Weber Lake offers opportunities for visitors to fish, paddle and swim. The lake can be accessed via a stairway on the south side of the campground.
There are 18 sites for tent and small trailer use. The campground is located 7 miles northwest of Wolverine via Wolverine Road and Peru Road.
18 rustic campsites, $20 a night. Closed early Nov. to late April. First come, first served; register at the campground kiosk on the day you arrive. Vault toilets and a hand-pump well for drinking water; no electricity or hookups. One camping unit and six people per site, 15 nights at most. Managed from Burt Lake State Park (231-238-9392).
