About
This secluded campground, situated along the banks of the Baldwin River, offers good trout fishing and opportunities for hiking and mountain biking on the Pine Forest Pathway. Access to the Baldwin River is located on the east side of the campground and down a set of stairs, adjacent to the day-use area.
There are nine sites for tent and small trailer use. The campground is located 2.3 miles northeast of Baldwin via M-37, Merriville Road and 40th Street.

9 rustic campsites, $20 a night. Open all year; the road may not be plowed in winter. First come, first served; register at the campground kiosk on the day you arrive. Vault toilets and a hand-pump well for drinking water; no electricity or hookups. One camping unit and six people per site, 15 nights at most. Managed from Baldwin Field Office (231-745-9465).
