About

Sebago Lake State Park spans two towns: a day-use beach/nature-center area in Casco, and the campground itself in Naples. Note: general park maps and even the Bureau's own visitor guide point to the Casco day-use area rather than the actual campground, which is at 3 Campground Road, Naples. The campground has 250 numbered campsites - the largest campground in Maine's state park system - with electric & water hookup sites confirmed to exist (via the statewide fee schedule's higher Sebago Lake hookup rate), though the exact count is too dense to read from the map and is left null rather than guessed. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED at this specific campground - a statewide-published, named exception, unlike every other Maine State Park campground. Programs run out of a nature center and amphitheater; cross-country skiing and snowshoeing are offered in winter.

Fees

Maine Bureau of Parks and Lands statewide camping fee schedule (maine.gov/dacf/parks/camping/reservations/campground_fees.shtml), per night, shown as Maine Resident / Non-Resident (an asterisk marks parks with a higher rate for sites with a water & electric hookup, shown second): Aroostook $15/$25 (hookup $25/$35); Bradbury Mountain $15/$25; Camden Hills $25/$35 (hookup $35/$45); Cobscook Bay $20/$30; Lake St. George $20/$30; Lamoine $20/$30; Lily Bay $20/$30; Mount Blue $20/$30 (hookup $30/$40); Peaks-Kenny $20/$30 (hookup $30/$40); Rangeley Lake $20/$30 (hookup $30/$40); Sebago Lake $25/$35 (hookup $35/$45); Warren Island $15/$25. An additional $5 per site, per night is charged for reservations, and a 9% Maine Lodging Tax applies to all camping fees. Maine residents 65 and older receive free day-use admission (camping fees still apply). Statewide season: online reservations open February 2026 for the 2026 season and run through 9/12/2026; after 9/14/2026 remaining sites become first-come/first-served for the rest of each park's own season. Pets are NOT allowed at this specific campground - a named, statewide-published exception ("Outdoors in Maine" visitor guide: "Pets are not allowed at: ...Sebago Lake State Park Campground"), unlike every other Maine State Park campground, which allow leashed pets.
