About
Cedarville State Forest, Maryland's largest contiguous forest on the western shore, offers camping across four named loops: Hickory (electric hookups on its inner loop, primitive on its outer loop), Ironwood (primitive only), and Pine Grove/White Oak (youth-group use only, not general public camping). A clean total site count is not published on the forest's own page, though the per-loop composition and hookup category are confirmed. Equestrian and mountain biking trails throughout. Reservable through the Maryland Park Service's own ReserveAmerica/Aspira contract, hosted at parkreservations.maryland.gov (not a reserveamerica.com subdomain, though it runs the same underlying platform - confirmed live, "Powered by Aspira").
Fees
Campsite Non-Electric $19.50-$25.00/night, Campsite Electric $25.50-$26.50/night. Displayed rates are the vendor's own published BASE rates and do NOT reflect holiday/weekend/residency surcharges or a pet fee (Maryland applies these as add-ons rather than publishing a separate resident/non-resident base rate the way some other states do). Pets allowed in the Hickory Loop only - not park-wide (Ironwood, Pine Grove, and White Oak loops are not pet-friendly).
