US Forest Service campground. Meadow Knolls Group Campground is located on Meadow Lake. This is a beautiful high elevation lake at 7500 feet. Enjoy the views while boating, swimming or riding the nearby OHV trails. It is a popular spot for off-highway vehicle enthusiasts. Two group sites with space for 25 people each are provided. There are no hookups or showers at this campground. Pack out what you pack in. Not reservable through Recreation.gov, so plan on first-come, first-served; check with the ranger district for current conditions and fees.
