About

US Forest Service campground. Los Burros is located at the edge of a beautiful meadow and is characterized by aspen trees scattered throughout the area. This campground is also the site of a former Forest Service Ranger Station with an old barn and a corral that are listed in the National Register of Historic Places. There is no garbage services so Pack It In/Pack It Out There is no water source here Please observe the 14 day stay limit. Not reservable through Recreation.gov, so plan on first-come, first-served; check with the ranger district for current conditions and fees.
