US Forest Service campground. Located off U. S. Highway 12 across from the Wild and Scenic Lochsa River, Jerry Johnson Campground offers 20 campsites for visitors to enjoy. The campground is located a short distance from the popular Jerry Johnson Hot Springs, where outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy a hike in to one of Idaho's incredible natural phenomenon's. It offers picnic table, fire rings, and toilets. Not reservable through Recreation.gov, so plan on first-come, first-served; check with the ranger district for current conditions and fees.
