About

US Forest Service campground. Potosi Campground located on the east side of the Tobacco Root Mountains with South Willow Creek running through the middle. There are 15 designated campsites, a picnic day-use area, vault toilets, and drinking water at this site. There are no garbage services, so pack it in and pack it out. We recommend trailer length does not exceed 22. Open season: May - October, weather dependant. Not reservable through Recreation.gov, so plan on first-come, first-served; check with the ranger district for current conditions and fees.
