US Forest Service campground. Burrells Ford Campground is located on the Chattooga Wild and Scenic River near many miles of hiking trails and is open year-round with no charge. The campground is a 0.25 mile walk from the parking lot. A vault toilet, picnic tables, and food storage lockers are available. Not reservable through Recreation.gov, so plan on first-come, first-served; check with the ranger district for current conditions and fees.
