US Forest Service campground. Upper loop has hitching posts for horses. Cedar, Pines, Good Shade. Campsites are on a slope, only a few sites will accommodate tents. Horses welcomed at upper campsites near the hitching posts. Please pack out your trash. Open season: May. Not reservable through Recreation.gov, so plan on first-come, first-served; check with the ranger district for current conditions and fees.
