US Forest Service campground. Located along Jackass Creek, Bowler Group Campground offers 12 campsites and a primitive amphitheater. The campground provides one vault toilet and each campsite has a table and fire ring. Horses are permitted; however, facilities are not available. Pack out what you pack in. Open season: June. Not reservable through Recreation.gov, so plan on first-come, first-served; check with the ranger district for current conditions and fees.
